Returns Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot accept returns for ANY bespoke, customised or personalised items, unless the item was incorrectly supplied by ourselves (wrong name/hours/spelling/colour etc..).

We are happy to cover all postage costs for faulty, or incorrectly supplied items, as long as they are reported within 7 days after the item was received.

If you have merely changed your mind and no longer want the item (only for non-bespoke, non-customised, non-personalised items) you will be required to cover all return postage costs.

If the item arrives damaged in transit, we would ask that you take a photo for us to use in a claim to the courier.

Postage costs will be refunded to your PayPal, or bank account (depending on method of original payment) once we receive the returned item in an unused condition.

We will NOT accept returns if ANY attempt has been made to apply the decal or sticker.
